Battlefield 6 cheats on PC: what requirements should you check?

Trying to make sense of the system requirements listed on the BF6 product page.

It mentions Windows 10 and 11, Intel or AMD, HVCI, Core Isolation, TPM and Secure Boot.

Are those the game's requirements or the third-party software's requirements?

I know Battlefield 6 itself has requirements too, so I don't want to mix the two up.

They're two separate things. The game has official system and security requirements. A third-party product can list additional compatibility requirements of its own.

That was my assumption. The product page just puts a lot of things together.

The current product listing shows Windows 10/11 and Intel or AMD support, with HVCI, Core Isolation, TPM and Secure Boot listed under system requirements.

Battlefield 6 also uses EA Javelin Anti-Cheat on PC. EA publishes separate documentation for that system.

So meeting the product's listed requirements doesn't mean the software is officially allowed by EA?

Correct. Compatibility and authorization are different questions.

Also, if your goal is simply to run Battlefield 6, follow the official EA system and anti-cheat guidance rather than changing security settings to accommodate an unauthorized tool.

Understood. I was mainly trying to understand why there were two sets of requirements.

That's the key distinction. The game's requirements tell you what the game needs. The product page describes what the provider claims its software supports.

And if you're unsure about a security setting, don't blindly disable it because some forum comment says to.

Good advice. I'd rather verify what the setting does first.
